Cinnamon Crisps

These cinnamon crisps pair great with our Fruity Yogurt Dip or fresh Fruit Salsa. They are quick and easy to make and can stay crisp for days in an airtight container!

  • 2 whole wheat or white flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • cooking spray
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F
  2. Cut each tortilla into strips or desired shape.
  3. On a baking sheet, lay each tortilla chip flat and spray with cooking spray on both sides.
  4. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon mixture.
  5. Place in oven and bake for 9 minutes, then check for doneness. Add another minute if needed. Watch carefully. Whole wheat tortillas cook faster than white tortillas.
  6. Once tortilla chips are crisp, remove from oven and allow to cool. Enjoy!
