Whipped Topping Peanut Butter Treats

Do you love peanut butter cups, but not the added calories and carbohydrates? For all those who love all things peanut butter, here's a simple and yummy treat to satisfy your sweet tooth! This yummy treat is cool and refreshing, so don't even touch that oven for this fun recipe. Using just a few ingredients that you probably already have on hand, you can create this low carb treat in minutes. Substitute the chocolate syrup with low fat or sugar free fruit filling or top it with a slice of banana. Easy peasy!

  • 8 oz sugar free whipped topping, thawed
  • 3 Tbsp peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
  • chocolate syrup, sugar free

  1. Mix the whipped topping and peanut butter together.
  2. Spoon into 12 lined cupcake tins. 
  3. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and freeze. you may even like it without the syrup, and it saves on calories.
