Allergies can be difficult to live with!  And some people have serious sensitivities or food intolerances.  So planning lunches, snacks, and parties can be a challenge.  Learn tips to include instead of exclude.  

Becca dishes up a delicious Pimento Cheese in the video!

Pimento Cheese

  • 1 8-oz. can pimentos, drained
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1 cup cheese, shredded
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
  1. Soften cream cheese
  2. Mix cream cheese with mayo.  Add it rest of ingredients.
  1. Use to make a sandwich, serve on crackers, or eat with pita chips.
