Allergies can be difficult to live with! And some people have serious sensitivities or food intolerances. So planning lunches, snacks, and parties can be a challenge. Learn tips to include instead of exclude.
Becca dishes up a delicious Pimento Cheese in the video!
- 1 8-oz. can pimentos, drained
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 cup cheese, shredded
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 tsp. garlic
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
- Soften cream cheese
- Mix cream cheese with mayo. Add it rest of ingredients.
- Use to make a sandwich, serve on crackers, or eat with pita chips.
