Logic Models

A logic model is a graphic representation of your program.  It documents your program plan and expected outcomes.

Funding sources often require logic models to document your theory of change.

A logic model program matrix identifies expected inputs, outputs (methods & audiences), and desired outcomes.

Widely used by government, foundations, and major educational institutions, logic models support the planning and development of program evaluation.
