We want to feature our next LeadAR Class 19 leader — Srinivasa Bande.
Bande is the president of SAI Strategic Solutions, Inc. The Little Rock resident is a motivated business leader with 15+ years of progressive experience in project management and business operations. He is a team player dedicated to helping the employees and the other community members to improve their skills and technologies to reach larger goals. Outside the business hours, he likes to stay active with walking, biking, and swimming. In addition, Bande enjoys helping the needy community members personally and through nonprofit organizations.

Why did you apply to the LeadAR program? What motivated you?
I want to improve my communication skills and networking so I can do more community service. I was motivated to participate by previous program participants.
