Hydrangea serrata

From a taxonomic standpoint, very similar to Bigleaf Hydrangea (H. macrophylla). Supposedly more susceptible to powdery mildew due to thinner leaves. Literature indicates the flowers may not be as sensitive to pH adjustment.
