A List of Citizen-Initiated Constitutional Amendments in Arkansas
Arkansas legislators can now change citizen-initiated constitutional amendments during a legislative session instead of referring those changes to voters on the statewide ballot. That raises the question — how many of the 104 constitutional amendments were initiated through the petition process?
Scroll through the three pages of the table below to find constitutional amendments that citizens put on the statewide ballot throughout the years.
Vote tallies for Arkansas' early ballot issues are not available. The 1910s amendments
are listed in The Arkansas State Constitution by Kay Goss.
