MetLife Critical Illness Insurance
Critical Illness Insurance through MetLife is available to all employees. To take advantage of this coverage, you must enroll within first 60 days of employment.
Because Critical Illness insurance is a voluntary product, all questions should be answered directly through MetLife company representatives. Enrollment kits for Critical Illness insurance should also be requested directly from MetLife. MetLife will provide our office with your authorized payroll deduction to be withheld from your paycheck.
