Summary: Establishes procedure for the distribution of file copies of materials.
Copies to the appropriate Associate Director and to the Associate Vice President for Agriculture - Extension will automatically be taken care of by the print media center when materials are prepared and sent to the print media center for duplication on the high speed copier or the offset press. Any additional distribution will need to be indicated on the print jacket.
Two copies of initial printing of publications will be sent to county offices by dispatch. The printing charges for the two complimentary copies will normally be charged to the author. Additional orders may be placed through the publication order system.
Copies of all printed material will be provided to the administrative office for review
• A copy of all material related to Family Consumer Science will be provided to the Family Consumer Science – Assistant Director. • A copy of all material related to 4-H Education will be provided to the 4-H Assistant Director. • A copy of all materials related to Agriculture and Natural Resources will be provided to the Associate Director – Agriculture and Natural Resources. • A copy of all printed materials will be sent to the Associate Director – Finance and Administration and the Associate Vice President for Agriculture-Extension.
