Hello everyone! My name is Pamela Luker and I am the Pope County Family & Consumer Sciences Agent. You may ask, “What is that?”. If you are like me, you will remember this field as Home Economics. That means that I get to teach life skills and wellness in our community. Some topics that I cover are food & nutrition, food safety & preservation, health & exercise, personal finance, personal & family well-being, childcare, and aging. I truly cannot think of anything better than getting to teach such important information to a community that I love!

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my wonderful family. I am married with two boys, Seth and Caleb. Our family enjoys sports and outdoor activities.

I know life can get crazy at times, but with a little help and the right information, we can live a happy and healthy life!
