LITTLE ROCK -- More than 2,000 students were registered to be part of the interactive virtual field trip offered Tuesday by the Cooperative Extension Service of the University of Arkansas System Division of Agriculture.

Here’s a look at Tuesday’s virtual field trip (see: http://bit.ly/1Ov87iL) by the numbers:

  • 2,078 students
  • 62 schools, including public, private and home schools, online education and two-year college
  • 2 agriculture clubs
  • 39 counties with sites registered to participate
