TEXARKANA, Ark. –  On the afternoon of January 14, 2015, a team of agents worked along the Sulfur River testing for gnat larvae. Agents put branches inside of bags filled with alcohol. Later they will be observed under a microscope. If the infestation of buffalo gnat larvae is severe enough, the county agents will spray the river.
