Gateway Farmers Market Winter Vendor Meeting

We will review the rules and regulations, market expansion project, market manager search and updates on WIC. This is the final day to reserve your annual stall.

TEXARKANA, Ark. –

The University of Arkansas System Division of Agriculture and the Gateway Farmers Market Oversight Committee are conducting an informative session on Tuesday, February 21st, 2017, 5:30 PM at the REA building (Southwest Arkansas Electric Cooperative), located at 2904 East 9th Street, Texarkana, AR. Come and join us for food and education.

At this meeting:

  • Rules and Regulations Review
  • Market Expansion Project Update
  • Market Manager Search
  • Updates on WIC

You may also sign up for an annual stall at the market for $200 (per year).  This will be the final day to reserve your stall.

Please put this date – Tuesday, February 21st – on your calendar and plan to attend. We need your input on making the 2017 Gateway Farmers market the best ever.

Remember, if you plan to sell produce at the Gateway Farmers Market, please make plans to attend this meeting.
