10,000 Steps Daily

Ashdown, Ark. -  Make a consistent effort to take more steps each day. The goal is to take about 10,000 steps per day to be considered active! The Senior Get Fit exercise group through Extension Get Fit meets every Tuesday and Thursday at UA Cossatot in Ashdown from 10-11 AM. A group also walks from 9:30-10:00 AM before that. Call 870-898-7224 or email cascarborough@uada.edu if you have questions. If you would like to exercise, but cannot meet on Tuesday and Thursday mornings just contact me and we can start a new exercise group!
