Social Media Giveaway Rules

  • This giveaway is being run by the University of Arkansas System Division of Agriculture Cooperative Extension Service. 
  • The giveaway prize is 1 of 2 MP465 Arkansas Landscape Plants card sets. Two card sets are available.
  • The entry period will run from May 8, 2021 2 p.m. CDT – May 22, 2021 11:59 p.m. CDT.
  • The giveaway is open to Arkansas residents only.
  • Employees of the University of Arkansas System Division of Agriculture and their spouses and children are not eligible to win.
  • To enter, you must like and follow the Facebook page of the University of Arkansas System Extension (UAEX), comment on the original contest post with your answer to “How were you introduced to the Cooperative Extension Service?”, and tag a friend in the comments of that post.
  • Only one entry per participant will be placed into the drawing. Two names will be selected to win the prize.
  • Prize Description: The MP465 is a set of 215 cards, each displaying photos of Arkansas landscaping plants and information about each plant. The cards are 5.5 inches by 4.25 inches, and each of the cards is printed in color. The set contains 7 sections: trees, shrubs, groundcover, vines, ornamental grasses, perennials, and turf. The information on these cards was written by Arkansas Cooperative Extension Horticulture Specialist, Jim Robbins.
  • The University of Arkansas System Division of Agriculture - Research & Extension will announce the winner on the University of Arkansas System Extension (UAEX) Facebook page and contact the winners via Facebook Messenger. If there is no response or claim of the prize within 48 hours of announcement, another winner will be chosen.
  • This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram.
