Join us for a hands-on training showcasing the versatility of sheep and goat in the culinary arts.

    • Oct. 29 at 5:30 p.m. at the Pauline Whitaker Animal Science Center, University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, 
      Special dinner for the University of Arkansas administration, Animal Science Department Faculty, and stakeholders, in which the instructor and participants will showcase their creations. On this celebratory occasion, Chef Anderson will launch the 4th edition of his book “100 Ways to Make Lamb.”
