Howard County 4-H Competes at District O-Rama

Nashville, Ark. – Recently, fifteen 4-H’ers from Howard County participated in the Ouachita District O’Rama held in Gurdon. Competitors were divided up into junior and senior divisions, depending on their age. All senior age members placed high enough and are eligible to advance to State O’Rama in July. Howard County was represented well!

The junior age winners are Alex T.- Entomology Talk, Ashlyn H.- Fashion Revue Constructed, Katelyn H.- Fashion Revue Dressy, Katilynn H.- Fashion Revue Casual, Quinlan R.- Vocal, Samuel R.- Gun Safety, Wren W.- Baitcasting/Game I.D.

Senior age winners are Codie J.- Environmental Stewardship, Garrett L.- Bicycle Safety, Jessica H.- Wildlife I.D., Joshua R.- Gun Safety, Mae L.- Sport Fishing, Darrell R.- Entomology Collection, Zack W.- Instrumental.

Twelve members were recognized as District Journal winners. Congratulations to all of the participants!
