1. Download and run the self-extracting installation file to install PHAUCET on your C: drive.


2. After successful installation, perform the the following steps to add "PHAUCET" to your <Start> menu and create a Desktop shortcut:

	-> with your Desktop screen visible, click on the Windows <Start> menu

	-> click "All Programs"

	-> click the "PHAUCET" folder

		NOTE: depending on how many applications you have installed you may need to scroll down to see the "PHAUCET" folder.

	-> right-click the "PHAUCET" file with the faucet image

	-> click the "Pin to Start Menu" option

	-> click "Back" to return to the Start Menu

	-> drag the newly pinned "PHAUCET" option onto your Desktop to create a shortcut
