Food Preservation Class Scheduled

Jean Ince, Howard County Extension Agent-Staff Chair will be conducting a food preservation class on "Pickles" on July 9 from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at the Howard County Extension Homemakers Educational Center in Nashville

Nashville, Ark. – Jean Ince, Howard County Extension Agent-Staff Chair will be conducting a food preservation class on "Pickles" on July 9 from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at the Howard County Extension Homemakers Educational Center in Nashville. Please preregister for this class by July 6.

If you have a pressure cooker that needs to be tested before you start canning this summer, call our office at 870-845-7517 to set up an appointment. Remember, the gauge needs to be tested every year!
