Burrows, LeadAR Class 18, is Vice President and General Counsel for Arkansas Electric Cooperative Corporation and Arkansas Electric Cooperatives, Inc. and has more than 15 years’ public utility experience. Lori is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program (AMP193) and holds a Juris Doctor, with honors, from the UA Little Rock Bowen School of Law. She also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication from the University of Central Arkansas, where she is a lifetime member of the Alumni Association.
