Message from Arkansas PTAC Program Director Melanie Berman:
E-mailing ptac@uada.edu may return a faster response than contacting us by phone. If you are a new client – you must complete a client application prior to scheduling an appointment with a procurement counselor. PTAC services are available to you at no cost, however we must have your expressed consent to receive services per our federal government program terms and conditions. Before meeting with a counselor, we recommend you attend one of our regular (virtual) “What to expect as a NEW Arkansas PTAC client” classes to determine if government contracting is right for your business. Your first meeting with a counselor will be a brief intake meeting so we may learn all about your business to best help your business succeed in the government marketplace. Your second meeting will be a longer meeting where your counselor will begin to prepare your business to sell to the government. As of August 2022, we are short staffed and request your patience when it comes to scheduling appointments. We are unable to accommodate drop in clients – if you are an existing Arkansas PTAC client, please e-mail your counselor or ptac@uada.edu to set an appointment. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
