Bridget Fortenberry Bio
Bridget Fortenberry is Assistant Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for the Division of Agriculture. She joined the division in March 2020.
Prior to coming to the Division, Fortenberry served as HR Associate Director and Title IX Deputy at University of Central Arkansas. Fortenberry also previously served as the Human Resources Manager for ElectroCraft Arkansas.
In addition to her past professional duties, she served in the role of Program Coordinator for the Arkansas Chapter of the College and University Professional Associate for Human Resources. Additionally, she served as Chapter President for North Central Arkansas Society for Human Resources and as Vice President for the White County Industrial Training Council.
Fortenberry earned an associate degree from Arkansas State University-Beebe before earning both a bachelor’s in management and an MBA from the University of Central Arkansas. She has earned the certifications of Profession Human Resources (PHR) and Society for Human Resources Managers-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
